Choosing an agent to sell your home can be a difficult decision. Do you choose the nicest person? The one that sells a lot of homes? The one that tells you what you want to hear? This last one isn’t our forte by the way. We tell you what we think you need to do to get the most money for your home.

We are in an out of homes all day long and can probably tell you why one house sold for more than another one. That is knowledge you can’t get from the internet.
