This community has fairly stringent Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions and it has an HOA as well which in years past has run about $35 a month.
Real estate is this neighborhood is high end for the most part with several luxury homes and condos. Creekside is hilly so some homes will have good views of the Cascade Mountain Range. There is not a neighborhood park in this subdivision and it is a car dependent neighborhood. The neighborhood has an annual block party as well.
